Wayne is the jazz piano tutor at Chichester University where he also lectures in music and performance. He also teaches for Brighton and Hove Music and Performing Arts.
He is heavily active in the local music education scene and runs a small private teaching practice in jazz piano, advanced jazz theory and composing/arranging. If you are interested in

His holistic method of teaching ensures a comfortable and fun learning environment. His jazz piano tuition is centred on learning jazz as an artform with a bottom up approach.

Jazz Summer Schools
Wayne teaches a series of summer schools and two day workshops at Chichester University and other venues every year. If you are interested in booking a place on these events, contact him through the contacts page. He also runs one-off improvisation classes for corporate events.
Jazz Summer School 2009 will be held in Brighton at Dorothy Stringer High School. Places are now available for booking, please get in contact to secure your place.
Jazz Education
He is also available to give master-classes and lectueres at Universities across the UK. Wayne's research interests are extensive and he has given papers at many of the UK's top Universities including Cambridge and Oxford.
